What we do
Rosa Sport Horses specialises in training and selling talented dressage horses. Rather than rushing horses through training and selling them on quickly, we deliberately choose a pathway where calmness, correctness and quality come first.
Horses are prepared step by step for higher levels, such as Juniors and Young Riders. This approach not only leads to better sporting performance, but also to horses that remain sustainable and reliable partners and transition with confidence to their next rider.

About us
Rosa Sport Horses is based in Nieuw-Vennep and operates from the facilities of Stal ’t Kabel. The company is run by Ronald Boers, Sanne Winters, Esmee Boers and Marcel Boers.
Driven by a shared passion for dressage sport and equine welfare, they are committed every day to a honest, high-quality development programme for the (young) sport horse. Each horse receives an individual training plan, tailored to its development and future potential.
By educating our horses carefully and competing both nationally and internationally, we combine sporting success with sustainable long-term value.
Ronald
Responsible for scouting horses, buying and selling sport horses, and maintaining contacts both in the Netherlands and abroad.
Sanne
Dressage rider and instructor. Responsible for training horses and riders at Rosa Sport Horses. Grand Prix rider, successfully competed several horses at Prix St Georges level. ORUN-4 certified instructor.
Esmee
Stable rider and competition rider. European Championships Dressage 2022 ponies (team silver, 4th individually), European Championships Dressage juniors 2024 (team bronze, 8th individually). In 2025 she successfully moved up to Young Riders with Montreux.
Marcel
Responsible for finance and IT-related matters within Rosa Sport Horses.
Facilities
At our professional yard we offer modern facilities where training, care and equine welfare come together.
- 9 stables for Rosa Sport Horses, 6 of which have a balcony.
- Grooming and wash bays.
- Vitafloor.
- 20 × 40 m indoor arena with an Agterberg surface.
- 25 × 65 m outdoor arena with an Agterberg surface.
- Covered lunge arena.
- 6-horse walker.
- Multiple well-drained paddocks where the horses are turned out daily during the winter season.
- Several hectares of safely fenced pasture.
- Cross-country track including a gallop track.
- Cozy lounge area.
